Welcome to Senytics. By accessing our platform, downloading our firmware (SenCore), or connecting devices to our cloud (SenHub), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, as they govern the legal relationship between you and Senytics regarding the use of our robotics infrastructure.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using any part of the Senytics platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent to these Terms of Service.
2. Use of Services
2.1 SenCore Firmware
SenCore is provided under a dual-license model. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). Proprietary modules and enterprise features require a valid commercial license. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from compiled proprietary binaries.
2.2 SenHub Cloud Platform
SenHub is a subscription-based service. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
2.3 Hardware Templates
Hardware designs and templates provided by Senytics are for reference and development purposes. While we strive for accuracy, you are solely responsible for verifying the safety and suitability of any physical hardware you build based on our designs.
3. Safety & Liability
CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: Robotics involves physical machinery that can cause injury or damage. Senytics provides software tools, but we cannot control the physical environment or the hardware assembly.
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for implementing physical safety stops (E-Stops) and fail-safes.
- Senytics is not liable for any physical damage, personal injury, or property destruction caused by robots running our software.
- You must comply with all local regulations regarding the operation of autonomous systems (e.g., FAA regulations for drones, OSHA standards for industrial arms).
4. Intellectual Property
Senytics retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including the SenCore framework, SenHub dashboard, and API. You retain ownership of the specific application logic, scripts, and data you create on top of our platform.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to SenHub if you violate these terms, specifically if you use the platform to control dangerous or illegal payloads, or if you attempt to disrupt the service for other users.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENYTICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
