1. At a glance
Senytics collects the information needed to answer requests, provide accounts and platform workflows, keep the service secure, and meet contractual or legal obligations. Optional website analytics starts only after consent. We do not send form contents, account identifiers, device commands, logs, source code, configuration, or commerce records to general website analytics.
Do not submit credentials, private keys, payment-card details, production device logs, or another person’s sensitive information through a public inquiry form.
2. Scope and roles
This notice applies to senytics.com, docs.senytics.com, SenHub, public inquiry and early-access interfaces, and related support or commercial communications operated by Senytics Limited in Hong Kong (“Senytics”, “we”, “us”).
Senytics generally acts as controller for website, account, application, support, billing, and security information. When a business customer uses SenHub to process information under its own instructions, the applicable customer agreement or data-processing agreement may assign different controller and processor roles.
3. Information we process
Information you provide
- Contact and application details such as work email, name, organization, role, product stage, hardware context, and messages.
- Account and workspace details supplied during registration, invitation, administration, or support.
- Customer content and technical material intentionally uploaded to or created through the service.
- Commercial records such as plan selection, orders, subscriptions, invoices, entitlements, and support history.
Information generated through use
- Project, build, release, configuration, device, command, delivery, and operational records needed to provide SenHub.
- Security and reliability data such as authentication events, IP address, browser or client type, error records, and audit events where available.
- Consent-limited website events described below.
We receive information directly from you, from administrators who invite you, from devices and clients you connect, and from service providers used for authentication, infrastructure, support, analytics, or payment processing.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to:
- review applications, respond to inquiries, and manage design-partner or customer relationships;
- create accounts, enforce invitations and permissions, and provide requested platform operations;
- secure, debug, maintain, and improve the reliability and usability of the service;
- administer plans, orders, subscriptions, entitlements, accounting, and customer support;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and protect Senytics, users, and third parties.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent for optional analytics, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage remembers theme and privacy choices. Google Analytics 4 is optional and is not loaded until you allow analytics. When allowed, Senytics may send normalized page paths, approved CTA identifiers, destination categories, form-state outcomes, and broad referrer categories under a shared event contract.
Analytics rules prohibit names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-form messages, account, tenant, project or device identifiers, commands, logs, source code, configuration, order or subscription facts, prices, amounts, currency, refunds, invoices, and payment-provider identifiers. Senytics does not use cross-site behavioral advertising. Optional analytics remains off unless you make an affirmative choice, regardless of whether the browser also sends a legacy Do Not Track signal.
Review or change your choice at any time on Cookie and Analytics Preferences.
7. International transfers
Senytics serves an international market and may use providers or personnel in jurisdictions other than where you live. When transfer rules apply, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate contractual or organizational safeguards. A customer agreement may specify additional hosting, localization, or transfer requirements for an enterprise deployment.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for the period reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit evidence, satisfy contractual and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and comply with law. The period varies by record type, account state, service tier, and legal obligation. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and lawful retention requirements.
Senytics uses technical and organizational controls appropriate to the data and service stage, including access boundaries, authentication, secret-handling rules, logging controls, and release gates. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected security issue through thesecurity contact path.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Senytics may need to verify your identity and may retain or decline a request where law, security, another person’s rights, or legitimate contractual obligations require it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
